If there is any difference between versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026.
This Policy explains how LinkdoCorretor, operated by the holder of CNPJ 35.446.994/0001-59, processes personal data, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) and the data protection laws that apply in your country.
1. Data we process
- Account: name, email, username, language and password, which is stored only in encrypted form.
- Public profile: photo, cover, bio, license number, phone, WhatsApp, contact email and social profiles you choose to publish.
- Listings: photos, descriptions, address, prices and any other data you add.
- Leads received: name, email, phone and message from people interested in a listing, plus any notes you add about them.
- Sign-in sessions: IP address, browser and sign-in dates, to keep you signed in and protect your account.
- Visits and clicks on public pages: we count visits, listing clicks and clicks on the contact buttons (WhatsApp, call and email) using an anonymous code that changes every day. We don't store the IP or anything that identifies the visitor, and visitors who don't run JavaScript aren't counted.
- Satisfaction survey: the 0 to 10 score and any comment you choose to send from your dashboard.
- Subscription: on paid plans, we store the plan, the subscription status and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card or boleto details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
2. How we use data
- To create and maintain your account and your page, as needed to perform our contract with you.
- To charge paid plans, issue receipts and warn you about failed payments, also as part of the contract.
- To confirm your email, reset your password and send service notices.
- To email you when you get a new message, if that notification is on. You can turn it off on your account page.
- To show visit, click, contact and message analytics in your dashboard.
- To understand customer satisfaction and improve the service, based on legitimate interest.
- To protect the platform against fraud and abuse, based on legitimate interest.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
3. Leads
When someone sends a message through an agent's page or clicks the contact buttons, the information is delivered to that agent, who decides how to use it and is responsible for that processing. In those cases, LinkdoCorretor acts as a processor, following the agent's instructions. Conversations started over WhatsApp, phone or email happen outside the platform, and we have no access to them. To exercise their rights, the person can contact the agent directly or write to us.
4. What is public
Your page and your listings are public and may appear in search engines. Only publish what you want to make public. Your account email, the leads you receive and your analytics don't appear on the page. A listing's exact address only appears if you choose to show it.
5. Who we share data with
We only share data with providers needed to run the service, and with authorities when the law requires it:
- Stripe: payment and subscription processing.
- Hosting and email: servers that store the site and database and send the platform's emails.
- Google Maps: the map on a listing page is loaded from Google, which receives the visitor's browsing data under Google's privacy policy.
Some of these providers keep servers outside Brazil, and in those cases we apply the safeguards required by the LGPD for international transfers.
6. Cookies
We only use essential cookies: one to keep you signed in and protect your session, and one to remember the language you chose. The signed-in area doesn't work without them. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies: visit counting works without cookies. On the payment page, Stripe uses its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud.
7. How long we keep data
We keep data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your page, listings, messages, analytics and survey answers are erased, and your subscription is canceled. We only keep what must be retained to meet legal and tax obligations, such as payment records, or to exercise rights. Access logs are kept for the period required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, separation of each account's data and backups. No system is fully immune, and we will notify affected people and the competent authority of relevant incidents, as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, as well as information about sharing and the withdrawal of consent. Some of this can be done in your dashboard, such as editing your data, turning off notifications and deleting your account; the rest, through the email below.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy, and relevant changes will be communicated by email or on the platform. To talk about privacy, including with our data protection officer, write to [email protected].
