Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the LinkdoCorretor platform, available at linkdocorretor.com.br and operated by the holder of Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 35.446.994/0001-59. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

LinkdoCorretor lets real estate agents and professionals create a public page, at their own address, to gather their professional details and promote listings. The platform is not a brokerage, does not broker deals and does not take part in negotiations between you and your clients.

2. Account

• To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• Each account is personal and is only activated after the email address is confirmed.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
• We send account, security and billing notices to your account email. Optional notices, such as new-message alerts, can be turned off on your account page. From time to time, the dashboard may show a satisfaction survey, which you answer only if you want to.
• The username you choose becomes the address of your page and cannot be changed after the account is created. Names that infringe third-party rights or impersonate another person or company are not allowed.

3. Your content

You are solely responsible for the information, text, photos, prices and listings you publish, and you warrant that they are accurate, that you are authorized to publish them and that they comply with applicable law, including the rules of your profession and any license required where you work.

Your content remains yours. You authorize us to store, reproduce and display it only so the platform can work and your page can be publicly available, including in search engines.

4. Prohibited uses

• Publishing false or misleading listings, or listings you are not allowed to promote.
• Publishing content that is illegal, offensive or infringes third-party rights.
• Trying to access accounts, data or areas you are not authorized to access.
• Interfering with the platform or collecting data through automated means.
• Using the contacts you receive to send unsolicited messages.

5. Plans and payments

The Free plan has no time limit and allows 1 published listing. Paid plans include the features, limits and prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, billed monthly or yearly, as you choose. Payments are processed by Stripe, by card or by the other methods offered on the payment page.

The Pro and Max plans include a 14-day free trial, on both monthly and yearly billing, once per customer. Your card is added at the start and, if the trial is not canceled before it ends, the subscription is charged for the period you chose. We email you a few days before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can change plans at any time, and the price difference is prorated for the time left. Price changes will be announced in advance and apply from the following renewal.

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, with no fee, under Account in your dashboard. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and then the account goes back to the Free plan. On your first purchase, you can withdraw within 7 days and get a refund of the amount paid, as provided by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code: just write to the email at the end of these Terms.

If a payment fails, we retry the charge for a few days and let you know by email. If the payment can't be collected, the subscription ends and the account goes back to the Free plan.

When an account has more listings than its plan allows (for example, after moving to a smaller plan), the listings over the limit become inactive: they leave the public page and can't be edited, but they aren't deleted. They become active again if you move to a bigger plan or delete other listings.

6. Cancellation and termination

You can close your account whenever you want. Any subscription is canceled right away. After that, your page goes offline and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The username of a closed account does not become available again.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the law, including by removing improper content, and will notify you through the account email whenever possible.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We are not responsible for negotiations between you and your clients or for content published by users. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

The LinkdoCorretor brand, software and design belong to their owners. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the account email or on the platform before they take effect.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have under the law of your country. If you have questions, write to [email protected].
